 34th Annual Show and Sale

Friday (April 4 2003):
3:30pm We can get into the school
3:30pm - 5:00pm     Set-up tables
5:00pm - 9:00pm     Stage show plants

Please try to get plants to the school by 7:30pm so that we can stage them on the tables by 9:00pm.

Write up your tags putting the information on both halves. Fold in half leaving your name on both halves for counting points.


Saturday (April 5 2003):
8:00am - 10:00am     Judging
9:00am - 5:00pm     Show available for viewing
4:00pm - 5:00pm     Prizes to be awarded. Winning plants moved to stage area.


Sunday (April 6 2003):

Please pick up show plants by 5:00pm.

Hopefully all your plants are ready for the show. We really want to have as many as possible. We have sent out over 400 postcards and have done a lot to invite the public to our show and sale. So, lets give them a great show.
