Overcoming Judge Dread

Do you dread facing the verdict at judged shows? Would you like to know what goes through the mind of a judge when they evaluate your plants?

Well, here is your chance to find out. The July program is a presentation from Jon Dixon, an experienced cactus show judge. You will get the opportunity to hear how they score plants, pottings, and overall presentation. Find out how you can improve your showings and win those Best-in-Show prizes.

Members are encouraged to bring a show quality plant for the Mini Show which will be judged by the membership and Mr. Dixon. (Extra bonus points and other incentives will be given for this special Mini Show.) This is your chance to find out why your favorite plant did or did not take its category at previous shows and to find out how to win at your next showing.
