45^th Annual Spring Show and Sale

Friday (April 4 2014):

3:30pm We can get into the school

3:30pm - 5:00pm Set-up tables

5:00pm - 9:00pm Stage show plants

Please try to get plants to the school by 7:30pm so that we can stage them on the tables by 9:00pm.

Write up your tags putting the information on both halves. Fold in half leaving your name on both halves for counting points.

Saturday (April 5 2014):

8:00am - 10:00am Judging

9:00am - 5:00pm Sales area open for business

10:00am - 5:00pm Show available for public viewing

4:00pm - 5:00pm Prizes to be awarded. Winning plants moved to stage area.

Sunday (April 6 2014):

10:00am - 4:00pm Show and Sales areas open to public

Please pick up show plants starting at 4:00pm.
