Minutes: Minutes for January and February are approved with notations.
Treasurer: Our current balance as of March 4, 2012 is $ 22760.19
Membership: Our membership has increased from 109 members in February to 132 in March. A revised membership form was submitted for credit cards payment at register at our show and sale.
Hospitality: No Report.
Library: No additions
April Program: Show and sale at our new location.
Affiliate: No report.
Mini-show: No additions.
Spring show: Motion is made and passed for Peter to order the appropriate amount of tables without consent from the board for the show and sale. We need signage for parking. Sign-up sheets will be floating around at this meeting.
Fall show: Location Peterson?
By-laws: Sonia to update member sale rules at monthly meetings, to be added to our by-laws.
Old Business: $1200 est. projector cost. Alex knows a distributor that sells to schools and non-profit groups. There would be a small discount going thru this vendor.
New Business: Can tap our account to plan a bus trip?
