BOARD OF DIRECTORS

February 5, 2006

Call to Order by Vice President Linda Delgado at the Prusch Park Meeting Hall at 10:45 A.M.

LAST MONTH'S MINUTES for the Board of Directors Meeting on January 8, 2006 were not available.

TREASURER: Nothing new to report. The balance as of January 2006 was $5,155.94.

MEMBERSHIP: Sandy was not at the meeting but we estimated that the membership was down. We need to look into this and hopefully get it back on track.

HOSPITALITY: Bill Kurtz is still helping us out.

PROGRAM: March will be Mark Muradian. April will be our show and sale. May will be Mary Parisi. June may be Brian Kemble. July may be a BBQ and novelty containers and other fun things to do with plants by Linda Delgado???

LIBRARY: Nothing new to report.

AFFILIATE: Nothing new to report.

MINI SHOW: This has been finalized and will start in May.

ANNUAL SHOW: Chuck got label info from Bill K. The copies of the check and other info will provide us with about 300 mailers. Chuck had a lot of good ideas. Bill G gave the post card info to Rich K who will work on them. Bill K has booked the room and rented the tables. Sam will tally the votes for the show and will create the address/phone book again this year. Tony brought in some posters. We talked about our pot-luck. Rich will call the Penny Saver. We talked about the parking space problem.

BY-LAWS: Nothing new to report.

NEW BUSINESS:

§ Rich brought in a receipt for reimbursement. Sunday, March 25 @ 7:30 AM on KSFO 560 Bill Munkacsy will on the radio talk show. We should all listen and call in. Linda brought in some calendars.

OLD BUSINESS:

§ Nothing to report.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:05 P.M.
