BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Call to Order by President Bill Munkacsy at the Prusch Park Meeting Hall at 10:45 A.M.

LAST MONTH'S MINUTES for the Board of Directors Meeting on February 8, 2006 were approved.

 

TREASURER: The balance as of March 2006 was $4,316.46

 

MEMBERSHIP: 4 new members joined. We have a total membership of 63 people in our club.

 

HOSPITALITY: Bill Kurtz is still helping us out.

 

The April PROGRAM will be our annual Show and Sale.

 

LIBRARY: Nothing new to report.

 

AFFILIATE: Nothing new to report.

 

MINI SHOW: This has been finalized and will start in May.

 

ANNUAL SHOW: Last minute details were discussed for our upcoming Show and Sale: raffle, tape gun, tables, bull horn, school banners, boxes, flyers, and the membership area. We will be having one new vendor this year, Robin Stockwell, from Carmel. A motion was proposed and approved to allow the show sellers the option of abbreviating the hours they are required to help out at the sale by having them provide an alternate compensation to our club. A motion was proposed and approved to have Rich Kroll place a 2" x 1-1/2" ad in the Pennysaver for 1-week, at the cost of $230 per 100,000 homes. Rich and Bill Kurtz will determine which communities in the Bay Area to target.

 

BY-LAWS: Nothing new to report.

 

OLD BUSINESS:

 

NEW BUSINESS: Bill Munkacsy will be a guest on the radio talk show, KSFO 560, Sunday, March 26 at 7:30 A.M. He will be promoting our Show and Sale.

 


The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 A.M.

The next Board meeting will be on May 7, at the Prusch Park Meeting Hall at 10:30 A.M.
