BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Call to Order by Linda Delgado at the Prusch Park Meeting Hall at 10:45 A.M.

LAST MONTH’S MINUTES for the Board of Directors Meeting: from 03/06/2005 were approved.
TREASURER: Tony Bassano is working on the final information for the show and sale. The current account bank balance is $9,527.40. The custodial fees are still pending for Buchser Middle School. There was a Discover card taken at the show and sale that was returned because we don’t have Discover Card. ($17.86) We may run a note in the Courier that Tony Bassano would like to find a replacement for the Treasurer position on the board.
MEMBERSHIP: We had some discussion about membership declining. We may want to look at ways to try to build the membership. There were four new members signed up at the show and sale and one other person signed up so the total new members are five.
HOSPITALITY: We are still looking for someone to take over the permanent position from Bill Kurtz.
PROGRAM: Ernesto Sandoval is the presenter for May. June is Brian Campbell. It is still open for July and August. We may have the Country store or we may have a poker run again.
AFFILIATE: Not here.
ANNUAL SHOW: We talked about trying to encourage participation by all of the club members. We talked about attendance and sales being down.
BY-LAWS: Not here
NEW BUSINESS: We had some discussion about another show in August. Bill Munkascy wasn’t present so we didn’t have his input.
OLD BUSINESS: Nothing new.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:40
The next Board meeting will be on June 5, 2005, at the Prusch Park Meeting Hall at
10:30 A.M.
